SpaceDrum Sessions: 3/14

Last Saturday, we had the joy of experiencing SpaceDrum in a live electronic improvisational setting, as a lineup of local electronic acts incorporated the instrument into their performances. It was perhaps the most diverse SpaceDrum showcase we have hosted to date, spanning the depths of haunting ambient IDM, the pulsating basslines of Italo disco, and the industrial textures of acid techno.

It was a true pleasure to see SpaceDrum adapt so seamlessly across these stylistic approaches, and we would like to extend a special thank you to each of the performers, Orville Klein, Aphorism, Bex Soulia, John Lovetron, and our own Justin DeLay & Roland Chira.
