SuperBooth Details & Private Demos in Berlin
We’re beyond excited to announce that we’ve finalized our placement at SuperBooth. We’re honored to be part of the Bungalow Village, exhibiting at booth B027, neighboring Roland.
Roland has crafted instruments and workflows that have shaped generations of electronic music, and their tools played a pivotal role in Justin’s and my first steps into electronic music composition.
Experiencing SpaceDrum alongside Roland’s new TR-1000 drum machine offers a unique opportunity to explore two distinct product philosophies pushed to their limits, and how they can seamlessly integrate within both modern and vintage studio environments and bring life to your performances.
At SuperBooth, we will be debuting the production model of SpaceDrum, featuring all custom components. Our booth will be the perfect place to get hands-on and experience the creative ethos of SpaceDrum in an environment built for tactile exploration. If you attended NAMM or Buchla & Friends, you may have seen the mockup of this unit—and we’re thrilled to announce that it has now become a reality.
The show will take place from May 7–9, 2026, at the FEZ center in Berlin.
After Detroit artists began gaining recognition in Europe in the ’90s, Berlin emerged as a sacred ground for techno. Since then, the genre has left a lasting imprint on the city’s cultural identity, giving rise to iconic clubs like Tresor and Berghain.
In parallel, Germany emerged as a hub for music technology innovation, with companies like Ableton shaping the tools used by artists worldwide. We also can’t overlook SchneidersLaden, the esteemed Berlin synth shop that has become a landmark destination for electronic musicians.
For ALAN Instruments, it is an absolute honor to share our ideas in an environment that has so deeply shaped our taste, alongside artists who have continually inspired us. If you will be in Berlin for SuperBooth, we would be delighted to host a limited number of private demonstrations. Please reach out to reserve a time.
