SpaceDrum Sessions: 1/10 and LA Prep Recap

At ALAN HQ, we kicked off the new year with another SpaceDrum showcase on January 10th—our most interactive event yet. The evening marked the debut of our new Drum Maker and Beat Maker features, which expand the limitless outcomes SpaceDrum is known for. Drum Maker generates a fresh drum kit with samples preloaded into SpaceDrum, while Beat Maker creates a random pattern, making both tools ideal for sparking creativity or breaking out of a rut.

The event also served as a preview of what to expect at our Buchla & Friends booth. Attendees were able to get hands-on with SpaceDrum, explore its functionality, and experience its reactivity with external instruments plugged into the input. We were excited to hear the results people created and to see how quickly everyone became comfortable with SpaceDrum’s control panel.
